Convenience store and grocery store all steps away from the home. First Floor: As you enter the home, you'll be captivated by its beauty. The first floor offers two entrances, one from the front and one from the back, both equipped with smart locks for safety and convenience. Inside, you'll find the first bedroom conveniently located next to the stairs leading to the upper floors. Bedroom 1 - First Floor: In the first bedroom on the main floor, you'll find a queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress, ensuring an amazing and relaxing experience. The room also features a 43" smart TV for your entertainment as you unwind. For storage, there are closets and a dresser to help organize your belongings during your stay. This bedroom perfectly combines functionality and comfort. Second Floor: Let's head over to the second floor! Living Area: As you head up to the second floor, you'll be greeted by our warm and inviting living area on your left. Two very comfortable sofas are perfectly arranged in front of a large 65" TCL Roku smart TV, ensuring a fantastic time whether you're relaxing on the couch or watching your favorite shows. Private Deck 1: Just off the living area, you'll discover our spacious deck. This outdoor area offers plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the open air, making it an ideal spot for socializing or simply unwinding. You'll also find a charming two-seater table with an umbrella, perfect for al fresco meals. For those who love grilling, we have a top-notch grill ready for your culinary creations. This deck is sure to become your favorite spot to relax and entertain! Dining Area: Next to the living area, you'll find our dining area! Ample closet space is also available to help keep your belongings organized. Full Bathroom 1: Inside the master bedroom, you'll find a full bathroom fully equipped with all the bathroom essentials you need. It features a standing shower with a luxurious shower head, as well as a relaxing tub. This bathroom ensures you'll feel fully rejuvenated after a day of exploring the city of Pittsburgh. Bedroom 3 - Third Floor: Next to the master bedroom, you'll find another bedroom with a king-sized bed featuring the same memory foam mattress for luxurious comfort. A 50" smart TV is perfectly positioned in front of the bed for your entertainment and relaxation. Additionally, there's a dresser to help keep your belongings organized. Bedroom 4 - Fourth Floor: The fourth floor is home to the cozy fourth bedroom of the house. It features a queen-sized day bed with a memory foam mattress, offering additional sleeping arrangements. There's a modern futon for seating, perfect for enjoying conversations, browsing your phone, or reading a book. The futon also folds out into a twin-sized bed for additional sleeping. The room is also equipped with an office table and an extra monitor, ideal for work or studying. This room is comfortable, cozy, and designed for functionality. Private Deck 2: Just off the bedroom on the fourth floor, you'll find access to the second deck of the house. There's seating available including a outdoor lounge chair if you'd like to relax and enjoy the open space, sun, feeling the fresh air around you. Garage: Step into your own private game lounge! The garage has been transformed into the ultimate hangout spot, stocked with everything you need for a night of fun. Kick back on the sofa and fire up a movie on the big projector screen, or challenge your friends to a fast-paced air hockey showdown. If darts are more your style, take aim at the dart board—or head outside the box with a round of cornhole. Whether you’re looking for a cozy movie night, some friendly competition, or just a spot to unwind, this space has you covered. Other things to note! ~ Important to know before booking: Both showers are located inside the two king bedrooms on the third floor. Guests staying on the top floor or the first floor will share these showers with the occupants of the third-floor bedrooms. There is a half bath on the second floor that is not shared in any of the bedrooms. ~ The home is pet friendly with a $30 pet fee per pet/per stay, maximum of two pets allowed per stay. Please make sure to keep any dogs on a leash while in the backyard though because it is not a fenced in yard. ~ An air mattress (queen), a futon (twin) a rollaway bed (Twin) and a Pack n play crib is available for extra sleeping arrangements. ~ For added entertainment, you'll find an Air Hockey Table and Corn Hole Set in the garage. Additionally, there are board games located in the living area for more indoor fun. ~ There are security cameras in the front and rear of the home for added safety and security for our guests. These are exterior only though and there are no cameras or recording devices inside of the home. ~ If you need more parking, you may register them for street parking which is also free and you'll need to follow the instructions for doing so sent in the check in instructions. ~ Tesla electric vehicle charging station located in the Giant Eagle Market District parking garage, steps away from the home. ~ Absolutely no parties or events at this listing.

April 2026 4.00I really enjoyed my time at this house. The neighborhood is conveniently located and makes it easy to get to a bunch of tourist attractions. The house has the little things you need - soap, dishwasher tablets, detergent - to make sure you can settle in. (Though it is still helpful to have a large supermarket next door.) The communication from Jake and co. was extremely responsive. The house did need a little TLC, but most things inside were functional and pleasant to look at.

April 2026 5.00We had a lovely stay here; it is well situated with a grocery store and coffee shop steps away. It is an easy to walk to key restaurants and sites (10 minutes to Shadyside and 20 to Carnegie Mellon). The house has very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, cozy living room and nice outside sitting area.

March 2026 4.00Great: perfect size for 4 adults, 2 kids, and 2 small dogs. Ample space to park, hang, eat, sleep, and prep for the day without being crowded. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Area was quiet but close to food and grocery options. Close to the city (within 15 min) without noise or heavy foot traffic. We unexpectedly lost water due to nearby construction and Jake provided a second property for us to use for showers on a couple hours notice, total life saver! Not as great: broken towel racks, burnt out light bulbs, missing TV remote, stains on rugs/carpets, dirty deck furniture, broken stair rails, broken garage door, dart board dangling off the wall. Not deal breakers, but I would have given 5 stars if these things were addressed. Note: We shared the bathrooms attached to our bedrooms with our kids. If any adults had to stay in the 1st or 4th floor bedrooms, they would have had to go through an occupied bedroom to get to a full bathroom, which may be a challenge for some groups.

March 2026 5.00House was perfect for our stay, clean, with tasteful decor. Due to the nature of our small group (not all couples), we had to utilize the sofa as a bed and it was huge and comfy. We also really appreciated the large parking space in the back. The only negatives if I had to pick something was that we were unable to use the propane because the tank was empty. They were not able to get us another but offered to reimburse if we wanted to go get one. It was ok, we just cooked inside. And as an ambiance person, I wanted to replace the deck lights, as only a small segment of the total strip was working. Some of the towel bars/ toilet paper holders were missing/broken but overall, small inconveniences and easy fixes. Jake was a great communicator and I'd stay again!
